What's it all about
This February, from the 3rd to the 9th, it's Children’s Mental Health Week and this years' theme is ‘Know Yourself, Grow Yourself.’
Place2Be want to encourage self-awareness in children, to build resilience, grow and develop.
SSAFA community health will be supporting this campaign across all of its location, by sharing hints and tips on how to help your child recognise and manage their emotions as well as who to contact if you are concerned about your child.
Free screenings of Inside Out 2
To celebrate Children's Mental Health Week some of our BFBS teams will be putting on a FREE screening of Inside Out 2, to help raise awareness about mental health and emotional wellbeing.

Some of our BFBS Cinemas will be putting on special screenings, the details are here:
4th Feb - Akrotiri at 1500
4th Feb - Dhekelia at 1530
9th Feb - Blandford at 1300
BFBS Cinelink
Some of our Cinelink sites will be hosting special events, here's what you need to know:
7th Feb – Gibraltar, Helm Point Hall at 1530
9th Feb – Episkopi, Epi Cinema at 1000
